Root Elixirs came to me in its early stages seeking marketing support. I led a full brand repositioning, beginning with market research and customer insight to realign Root Elixirs with its ideal audience and long-term potential.

  • Developing and executing a direct-to-consumer strategy, creating a seamless online experience and introducing innovative engagement tools such as a “text-to-order” system to deepen customer interaction.

  • Driving strategic partnerships with leading beverage brands, including Diageo, Seedlip, and Monday Whiskey, expanding brand visibility and credibility across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic markets.

The Results

Established Root Elixirs as a women-led, small-batch brand with a strong West Coast identity and premium positioning, earning organic press in GQ, Sunset Magazine, and Life & Style. Built a direct-to-consumer strategy that streamlined purchasing and strengthened customer loyalty, while defining an own-able brand message—Root Elixirs + Spirit + Ice—and introducing the #StaySparkling ethos to reinforce a sense of ease, vibrancy, and celebration across every touchpoint.

Root Elixirs now stands as a category-defining brand within the sparkling mixer space, successfully bridging the worlds of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The brand’s strength lies in its ability to deliver a premium experience with minimal effort, redefining how consumers approach modern hosting.
