Built a direct-to-consumer strategy that streamlined purchasing and strengthened customer loyalty, while defining an own-able brand message—Root Elixirs + Spirit + Ice—and introducing the #StaySparkling ethos to reinforce a sense of ease, vibrancy, and celebration across every touchpoint.
